Please list the names, addresses and phone numbers of ALL persons for whom tickets are being purchased.  If additional space is required, continue on a separate sheet.  You will receive your tickets by mail in 2 to 4 weeks.

Reserved Seating

Seating for individuals requiring “special needs” will be available in the last row, center section of the Upper St. Clair High School Theatre.  These seats have wheelchair accessibility and easy access to the exits and restrooms for individuals who have limited mobility.  The acoustics are equally desirable throughout the Upper St. Clair High School Theatre for individuals who have difficulty hearing.
